Fleetwood Windows & Doors
Wilder Street
San Francisco, California
Full renovation and expansion of mid-century modern walk-up. We were creatively able to double the size of the home with a rear yard addition, third floor addition, and large roof deck within the allowable zoning envelope. We designed the interior spaces to flow seamlessly to the terraced outdoor living spaces through a large folding glass wall system. Outdoor spaces include a large roof deck with city and bay views, sitting area with fire feature, connected indoor/outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining, spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A central glass clerestory and 15' skylight provide natural light and natural ventilation utilizing prevailing winds. Roof angles and slope maximize natural light to the rear yard outdoor living spaces.
